Ancient History
for the
Modern World
Bringing the Past to Life
Colloquia Media is harnessing the power of the internet to bring stories from antiquity to modern audiences. Combining scholarship and art, we’re creating content that is as entertaining as it is accurate. Through cross-platform storytelling, we hope to inspire people to learn more about what life was like in antiquity, whether that’s in the classroom, online, or out in the world.
We believe in meeting people where they are. Not everyone is going to pursue a degree in history, archaeology, or classical languages. That’s why the creators at Colloquia are leaving the library and venturing into the Metaverse. By creating content for today’s most popular platforms like YouTube and Instagram, we hope to spark interest in a new generation of historians.

“For I would have you know that, for my part, the more the physical pleasures wither away, the more my passion for conversation and pleasure in it increase”
